How Budget Brokers works

We list only budget rentals below ₹10,000 per month in and around Kochi – rooms, flats, PGs, hostels, houses and small shops. Browsing is completely free.

Unlocking contact numbers

  1. Create a free account with your name, email and mobile number.
  2. Open any property and tap Unlock for ₹50.
  3. Scan the UPI QR code with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app and pay ₹50.
  4. Copy the Transaction ID of the payment from your UPI app and submit it.
  5. Our team manually verifies the payment, usually within a few hours. Once approved, that property’s owner or broker number is unlocked and stays in My account – no expiry.
  6. Want another property? Unlock it the same way – each property is ₹50.

Where do I find the Transaction ID?

  • Google Pay: open the payment → “UPI transaction ID”.
  • PhonePe: History → the payment → “Transaction ID”.
  • Paytm: Balance & History → the payment → “UPI Ref No”.
